Candace joined Mister Management in 2017 with over 25 years of experience in accounts payable. She works closely with property manager and association board members to manage both recurring and project-specific bills. Known for her organization and efficiency, Candace ensures vendors and service providers are paid accurately and on time.

Joshua began his career at Mister Management assisting with vendor insurance compliance on a seasonal basis before joining full-time in 2019. Progressing frum Administrative Assistant to Property Manager, he is known for his technological expertise and prompt, attentive service to the residents of the communities he manages.

With more than 35 years in construction and property management, David brings extensive leadership and operational expertise to Mister Management. As a licensed builder, he has successfully managed superintendents, subcontractors, staff, and suppliers while overseeing complex projects. David is also an experienced contract negotiator, ensuring agreements that protect and benefit the communities we serve.

Customer Service Representative
Anubis is Josh's Bernese Mountain Dog. He comes to the office almost every day. His primary job is to greet everyone who enters the office and politely ask for pets. He makes sure that every customer who comes through our door leaves with a smile on their face.
