Vicky has been with Mister Management since 2015 and bring decades of accounting experience to her role as Account Manager. She is highly organized, detail-orientated, and thorough, maintaining strong relationships with baking partners to ensure smooth financial operations and effective collaboration.

Candace Ganzak

Accounts Payable

Candace joined Mister Management in 2017 with over 25 years of experience in accounts payable. She works closely with property manager and association board members to manage both recurring and project-specific bills. Known for her organization and efficiency, Candace ensures vendors and service providers are paid accurately and on time.

Joshua Smith

Property Manager

​Joshua began his career at Mister Management assisting with vendor insurance compliance on a seasonal basis before joining full-time in 2019. Progressing frum Administrative Assistant to Property Manager, he is known for his technological expertise and prompt, attentive service to the residents of the communities he manages.​

Owner, Licensed Builder

With more than 35 years in construction and property management, David brings extensive leadership and operational expertise to Mister Management. As a licensed builder, he has successfully managed superintendents, subcontractors, staff, and suppliers while overseeing complex projects. David is also an experienced contract negotiator, ensuring agreements that protect and benefit the communities we serve.

Property Manager Assistant 

Lori has been with Mister Management since its inception, supporting Dave with day-to-day tasks and association operations. Known for her responsiveness, she answers every call with a calming voice and a welcoming smile.

Kelly Silverston

Accounts Payable

Kelly joined Mister Management in 2020, bringing valuable experience from the banking industry. She manages invoice processing and check runs while overseeing contractor vetting to ensure insurance is current, keeping our association protected

Customer Service Representative

Anubis is Josh's Bernese Mountain Dog. He comes to the office almost every day. His primary job is to greet everyone who enters the office and politely ask for pets. He makes sure that every customer who comes through our door leaves with a smile on their face.
