All invoices, for each association, are processed through the accounting department and allocated according to each association's budget. The accounting department will also work closely with your property manager to manage delinquent accounts, coordinate financial audits, and coordinate tax preparation. The accounting department also monitors vendor insurance certificates, to ensure that all of our vendors have up-to-date insurance.
